. Please note, this is the only application step that may be done online.
All other grant proposal requirements must be done by postal mail. The Foundation will reply to all inquiries within three weeks. If you receive an invitation to apply, proceed to Step 2.
Step 2. Grant Application
Please refer to our Guidelines for all proposal requirements. If you are applying outside the United States, additional requirements are listed under Who Can Apply. Five copies of the Grant Application must be sent to our offices by postal mail.
Construction, building or renovation requests must be accompanied by proof that you are the organization that holds title (ownership) to the property or can document that you have been given the right to use the property.
Step 3. Decision Making Process
If the Ross Foundation finds that your proposal is incomplete, we will contact you and try to assist you with the necessary information. The Board of Trustees meets quarterly to evaluate and approve grants.
All applicants will be advised of the date of the meeting at which their proposal will be considered and will be notified within two days following the decision of the Board of Trustees.
